Jackson Teece接受AVEO委托,为作为Mulpha西北商业园环形区一部分的新住宅社区制定总体规划。总体规划当中共包括450多个住宅及其相关设施,如健身中心、零售区、咖啡厅、餐厅、功能中心和社区空间,以及144个养老公寓。

Jackson Teece were engaged by AVEO to prepare a Masterplan for a new residential community as part of Mulpha’s Circa Precinct in Norwest Business Park. The Masterplan includes over 450 dwellings and related facilities such as a wellness centre, retail spaces, cafes, restaurants, function centre and community spaces, as well as 144 bed residential care building.

Jackson Teece has been commissioned for the first stage of the development, which includes Waratah, the flagship 10 storey residential building, a new lake and village square. Waratah represents one of the largest applications of cross laminated timber (CLT) in a multi-residential development in Australia. The design for this flagship seniors living development contains approximately 2700m3 of CLT, and breaks the mould of typical mass timber buildings. Originally conceived as a conventional build, Aveo were guided by Jackson Teece and Stongbuild to incorporate CLT into the design, demonstrating industry leadership.

Integrated into the established infrastructure, the development provides a transition between the proposed dense and commercial nature of the precinctto the north and the low-density residential area to the south of the site, while contributing to public amenity and employment opportunities in the area. The master plan aims to reconcile the proposed development model through the provision of a high-quality public realm – offering a focal point for social interaction between residents, staff, visitors and the wider community.
